Homemade Coleslaw

Fresh vegetable salads are always a good idea. Especially if you can make them at home quick and easy. My homemade coleslaw can be eaten on its own or as a side for almost any main dish. You will only need 6 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time.

Ingredients

1 small to medium cabbage

1.5 carrots

Quarter of red onion

Salt

Pepper

Mayonnaise (I used vegan because it is less fatty, but you can use regular if you prefer)

Method

On a medium grater, grate carrots and cabbage. Add into a bowl, mix with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. All done, ready to serve.
