Everyone knows that I am a big fan of a good smoothie. To be fair, regardless of how many different ingredients it has, banana is definitely THE staple ingredient. However, if you want to get a lush green color, add spinach, always works! Today’s smoothie recipe is one of those green, super charged, full of fiber ones. Try it, your gut will be grateful and your taste buds will enjoy it!
A bunch of fresh spinach
50g full grain porridge oats
Splash of coconut milk (alternative – any other plant milk or dairy)
In a blender, add all main ingredients and blend until smooth. Once done, pour into a bowl or a glass and add your toppings. Enjoy for breakfast or as a healthy snack.
